Return and Refund Policy
Can I return items at the time of delivery?
If accepted by you or your representative (anyone receiving the order on your behalf) at the time of delivery, nothing will be returned later. Only if there is any major defect with the item it will be taken back. Since the dimensions for all products are mentioned on the website, we will not be able to accept any returns based on that criteria. However, some genuine issues can be discussed over a call and we might take items back but only if pointed out at the time of delivery. Once SharePal team leaves the premises, such issues will not be entertained. SharePal team will leave your premises when you are satisfied.
Can I return the items before the closure of the agreed date of return?
Yes, you can. However, full rent for agreed tenure has to be paid. If you want to close the contract before agreed tenure and return all the items, full rent has to be paid for the agreed tenure.
Can I return the items after the end of the agreed date of return?
Yes, you can but you need to inform us 2 working days in advance so that we can manage our inventory. Also you will charged be charged 10% extra rent for the additional number of days.
How would I get my refundable deposit back?
Upon return of the goods SharePal will do a quality check and upon satisfactory report SharePal will return the refundable deposit in cash or through bank transfer or through online payment wallets as agreed with the customers within a maximum of 10 working days. In case of any damage, the products will undergo further inspection at SharePal’s premises to ascertain the damage cost. This damage cost will then be mitigated from the refundable deposit paid by you.
